It’s okay to eat before you work out. That way, you get the fuel into your system, and it’s ready to go into your muscles as you go through your regiment. But it’s not a good idea to eat when you’re at the gym already.

Unless you’re planning to wait half an hour before you start, either that, you want to spend the entire session feeling bloated and full. Also, what is this guy thinking, eating takeout pre-workout? He should know better and rather eat healthy carbs like whole-wheat toast, whole grain pasta, and vegetables.
