This is supposed to be a bench press, which works the pectoral, shoulder, and arm muscles. That is, of course, if you use your arms to push the weight up. This guy is using a combination of his legs, back, and hip flexors to push everything but the weight.

It’s not that he isn’t getting a workout though, it’s just that he’s getting the wrong one. On another note, some may think he’s too young to lift weights. But that’s only if he’s lifting to bulk up, not if he’s strength training. He’d need to be older for bulking so that his bones can handle extra muscle mass.
