Harrison Ford & Melissa Mathison – Settlement: Reported $85 Million

For the late American screenwriter Melissa Mathison she found love in the arms of renowned actor Harrison Ford. And while their marriage didn’t end up being a ’till death do us apart’ affair, it remains the longest marriage of his three marriages to date.

Ford’s reputation was undoubtedly bolstered with his appearances in films like “Raiders of the Lost Ark” and “Star Wars.” So his 1983 wedding received media attention. However, by 2000, it became clear that all wasn’t rosy in the marriage as the couple separated. And by 2004, the divorce was finalized, with Ford ordered to pay Mathison $85 million. In 2021, Ford was a presenter at the Oscar Awards.
