The Terrifying Possibility Of Time Travel
People have long theorized that the American government is conducting experiments that involve time travel. One such alleged experiment is the one done in Montauk, New York, in the ‘80s. That conspiracy theory, dubbed the Montauk Project, even inspired the popular streaming TV series Stranger Things.
A man called Alfred Bielek claimed that these experiments led to the opening of a hole between the years 1983 and 1943 that threatened to engulf Earth itself. Bielek believed that the only way to save the world was for him and his brother to destroy the equipment that made this terrifying time travel hole possible.
