Joan Collins began her career at nine years old with the play A Doll’s House. When she got slightly older, she trained at a film school in London and made her Hollywood debut with The Virgin Queen in 1955. The English star has been in numerous films, TV shows, and theatre productions over the years.
In 1982, Collins received the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress with the series Dynasty. She’s also been conferred with the title of Dame by Queen Elizabeth II for her charitable work. In December 2020, she made an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show and talked about her career challenges.
