Fashion has always been an effective avenue to express oneself. Today, there are hundreds of styles, including goth, punk, and street, to explore. Back in the day, guys would usually don elegant suits and derby hats when going to bars, just like these gentlemen pictured at the Elk Horn saloon bar in Montana.
Who could ever miss those facial hairs? What also caught our attention were the buckets on the floor, called spittoons. These were basically containers where bar patrons spit, although you probably won’t find these things in modern-day establishments anymore.
