Actress Elke Sommer was discovered by an Italian film director while on vacation in Italy. Born in Berlin, the residents of the town of Viareggio were so enthusiastic about her beauty that she was spontaneously named “Miss” of the town, and caused quite a stir with it. At the end of the 1980s she began to take on her first film roles and after enjoying some success in Europe she was drawn to Hollywood. In fact, she managed to establish herself as a respected actress with films like the “Pink Panther” series. She also became the beauty icon of her time. Over the years, the celebrity is said to have accumulated a fortune of around 20 million euros.
