Ann Margret
Before she was dubbed the female Elvis, Ann Margret was a young theater enthusiast at New Trier High School in Illinois. While attending there, she was also part of the cheerleading squad, cheering on some of the state’s best athletic stars like Robert Jeangerard, an Olympic Gold Medal basketball player.
Cheerleading also fed a lot of her graceful and energetic appearances, as seen in her performances opposite the real Elvis in the film Viva Las Vegas. She also starred opposite Bobby Darin and Pat Boone in the musical State Fair. She is set to star in a film called Never Too Late, which is currently in post-production.
