50 Celebrities Who Prove That Cheerleading Creates Superstars
Jesse James Decker
Country singer and songwriter Jesse James Decker spent a lot of time moving around. She lived in Iowa, Kentucky, Texas, Louisiana, and Georgia, all states with proud college and high school football programs. So it natural that Decker, then Jessica Rose James, would indulge in Cheerleading, especially during her final years at Warner Robins High School.
She did it even when she was writing songs and making trips to Nashville to fine-tune her writing skills and was still doing it when she signed her first recording deal. Her last musical recording was a rendition of Santa Clause Is Coming To Town, which was also accompanied by a music video.
