Julio Iglesias – Age 77
This Spanish crooner is now 77 years old and is aging like fine wine. He is Julio Iglesias, and he first made a name as a professional footballer before becoming a world-famous singer/songwriter. There are 60 studio albums in his repertoire, with the most recent being 2017’s México & Amigos. Oh, and Enrique Iglesias, The King of Latin Pop, is his son.
The older Iglesias acquired the lot next door to his Indian Creek property for $15 million in 2012, constructing a new home on the combined estates. In 2020, he sold it to Jared Kushner and his wife Ivanka, the daughter of then-United States President Donald Trump.
