An Italian socialite, Romanini is often referred to as the Paris Hilton of Italy. She reportedly developed a collagen injection and Botox obsession after trying them out at a young age and now looks entirely like another person. If the now 49-year-old had realized the not-so-great outcomes sooner, then she would’ve probably put an end to them before it was too late.
