Steven Seagal had a lot of action-packed roles in his acting career. He was an excellent fit for such roles since he’s a skilled martial artist. Seagal used to have a fantastic physique, but he stopped becoming strict with his lifestyle habits as he got older.
He’s gained a significant amount of pounds, and it looks like he has no plans of following a strict diet anytime soon. Seagal’s most recent role was in the movie called Beyond the Law back in 2019. According to his IMDb page, he’s going to star in a new film titled Above the Law 2.
