Tara Palmer-Tomkinson – Age 45
Tara Palmer-Tomkinson was a beautiful English socialite and television personality who suffered from multiple personal and health issues such as cocaine dependence and prolactinoma. As an ugly consequence of her cocaine use, her nose was deformed in 2006, although she went under the knife to fix it.
Palmer-Tomkinson was best known for starring in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here. As much as she tried to turn her life around, Palmer-Tomkinson died in 2017. She was only 45 years old when she passed away after suffering from a perforated ulcer and peritonitis.
