Known for playing the character of Kate Pearson in the beloved drama series, Metz was contractually obligated to lose some weight when she joined the show. Needless to say, she was up to the task, and she dropped an impressive 100 pounds!
While This Is Us remains the crown jewel of Metz’s acting career, she’s been trying her luck in Hollywood since 2005. Over the years, she’s appeared in productions such as Breakthrough, American Horror Story, and Superstore.
