Ellie Goulding released Brightest Blue, her fourth album, in July 2020. The soundtrack she recorded for Fifty Shades of Grey, Love Me Like You Do, saw her first Grammy nomination in 2015. She’s come a long way from her earlier days in the industry, and it’s all thanks to the healthy lifestyle she leads.
Goulding is now 33, and she’s lost quite a bit of weight. She told The Sunday Mirror that she sometimes goes on a fluid-only meal plan for two consecutive days. Goulding also fasts for up to 40 hours sometimes, but she cautioned that she follows the method strictly as guided by a physician.
