The Scottish singer Susan Boyle rose to fame when she auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent in 2009. She surprised the judges with her stunning operatic voice and has since become one of the United Kingdom’s most successful artists, with 19 million records sold. Her rise to fame was also accompanied by a fairytale-like makeover, it seems.
With a new ‘do and a sleeker wardrobe, her outward appearance matched that of her high-caliber talents. No wonder Boyle wowed everyone again when she competed in America’s Got Talent: The Champions in 2019. As of 2021, she’s still living in her hometown in Scotland.
