ANGIE DICKINSON – AGE 91
Before retiring in 2009, Angie Dickinson had entertained us for more than five decades. This renowned actress began by appearing in numerous anthology series in the ’50s. She gained her breakthrough in 1956 with “Gun the Man Down” and in 1959 with “Rio Bravo.” The latter won her the New Star of the Year Golden Globe Award.
Dickinson became a hot and unmissable star after so many works, including “Police Woman” and “Dressed to Kill.” “Mending Fences” was her last major film role before she entered retirement. She lives alone in Beverly Hills, having lost her only child, Nikki, in 2007.
