You may remember her as the young breakthrough actress who starred in the ’80s classic “Fast Times at Ridgemont High.” But over the years, she transformed into an experienced art-house superstar, collecting appearances in movies as acclaimed as the eerie “Anomalisa” or Quentin Tarantino’s “The Hateful Eight.”
