Paula Abdul – Age 59

Paula Abdul was already taking the first steps to kickstart her career by attending tap, ballet, and jazz lessons at an early age. She participated in a dance camp at the age of 15 and had landed a starring role in a low-budget film before graduating high school. She then became a Laker Girl and soon served as the head choreographer for the Los Angeles Lakers’ cheering squad.

Abdul also choreographed dance sequences for The Jacksons and Janet Jackson. In the late ’80s, she ventured into the music industry and released the debut album “Forever Your Girl.” These days she’s known for her appearances on music competition shows as part of the judging panel, and in 2021 she returned to “American Idol.”
