Billy Dee Williams – Age 84
“Star Wars” fans will always think of the American actor/novelist Billy Dee Williams as ‘Lando Calrissian,’ a character introduced in the 1980’s movie “The Empire Strikes Back.” Many things have changed in the galaxy since Williams’s made his “Star Wars” debut, but at least two have remained the same: he still boasts his proud, characteristic mustache, and he stills plays ‘Lando’ on the big screen!
Even though Williams’s appeared in roughly 150 acting productions, “Star Wars” remains the most important project of his career. He appeared as ‘Lando Calrissian’ in 2019’s “The Rise of Skywalker” and as himself in a 2021 episode of the series “Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?”
