BONNIE TYLER – AGE 70
Bonnie Tyler is responsible for releasing a series of classic hits, including “More Than a Lover” from her ’77 album “The World Starts Tonight.” She decided to transition into rock music in the ’80s and her biggest chart-topping hit from that time is “Total Eclipse of the Heart.” Producer/songwriter Jim Steinman wrote that particular song, and they also collaborated on several of her other hits, including “Holding Out for a Hero.”
Tyler isn’t about to quit the industry, and in 2021, she released “Best Is Yet to Come,” which is her 18th studio album. She collaborated with Lorraine Crosby on the single “Through Thick and Thin,” supporting the Teenage Cancer Trust.
