Diane Lane began acting in her childhood years at the La MaMa Experimental Theater Club in New York. While her career didn’t immediately take off, she achieved initial success in her teen years after venturing into modeling. Her dreams were nearly cut short when an agent remarked that she didn’t have the complete package to make it in the industry.
Fortunately, Lane kept going, and her big break came in the early ’80s with a role in “Outlaw Little Britches.” Lane’s breakout role was in “Unfaithful.” The 2003 Satellite Award winner shared the screen with Kevin Costner in “Let Him Go.” In 2022, she appeared in the TV series “Extrapolations.”
