After seven years of dating, they tied the knot in 2003 in Las Vegas. Remini’s onscreen husband in “The King of Queens,” Kevin James, was also present during the event. The couple has been blessed with one daughter, and they make up their family life with Pagán’s three sons from previous relationships.
