However, destiny had other plans because while Damon was filming “Stuck on You” in 2003, he crossed paths with Luciana Barroso in a bar. Sparks flew, exchanging vows in a private civil ceremony in 2005. Damon told Esquire that he was thankful he fell in love with a civilian and that they could keep their relationship away from the limelight.
