For Ted Danson, there was one positive that came from making the film Pontiac Moon. It was the fourth-worst movie on Bob Strauss’s year-end list for the Los Angeles Daily News, but Danson met his wife Mary Steenburgen while making it.
What’s more endearing is that their relationship flourished after several previous ones had failed for them. This was especially for Danson, who had just ended a relationship with Whoopi Goldberg, which came after getting divorced from his second wife. Danson is set to star in a 2021 sitcom called Mr. Mayor.
