Elaine Lordan (Born 1966 – London)
Former actress Elaine Lordan has been through her share of trials and tribulations. She enjoyed success in her two best-known roles, as Sugar Walls in the comedy “Gimme Gimme Gimme” and as Lynne Hobbs in “EastEnders.” Unfortunately, Lordan was reported to have struggled with alcohol abuse, on and off the set, and left “EastEnders” in 2004.
Soon after, Lordan suffered several personal tragedies, chronicling this journey in her 2008 memoir “Whatever It Takes: A Story of Family Survival.” Lordan was living out of the spotlight but was seen on a North London jog by the end of 2020.
