Camping Face-Palm Moments: Head-Scratching Fails in the Wild That Will Leave You Laughing

Bears’ natural habitat is the wild, and camping technically means you’re sharing the space with them, but what if this is your first sight upon waking up? In case you’re missing it, that’s a huge paw print beside a shoe print. We can say that these campers literally had a close call.

Thankfully, the bears didn’t harm them, nor were they awoken in the middle of the night by their fuzzy friend. In 2020, a couple was sleeping in their tent at the Golden Eagle Campground when they heard plates and cooking equipment being thrown from the table. Then, the curious bear got near their tent and started investigating.
