Ready For Adventure
Besides, Hawaii seemed like a much-needed adventure to her. She married young at 19 and got pregnant with her children soon after, so she didn’t really have the exciting 20s that many people experience. And living in landlocked Missouri all her life, she was ready to be surrounded by ocean waters for a change.
Last we heard in 2013, Sheaffer was busy finding employment and setting up her new life in Hawaii. She went to the popular vacation destination with some of her family members and planned on staying there for a couple of months before settling down for good.
