Tom Watt – Lofty Holloway, Eastenders
Tom Watt has found a new career in sports journalism, scoring jobs at BT Sport and BBC Radio 5 Live. Not only that, but his writing skills have also resulted in several published books, including David Beckham’s autobiography, which Watt ghostwrote for the English soccer star.
But back in the day—the late ‘80s, to be more exact, Watt starred as Lofty Holloway on EastEnders. His time at Walford saw him go through the trials and tribulations of married life with Michelle Fowler, who Susan Tully played. He made a brief comeback on the show in 2019 with Linda Davidson’s Mary Smith character.
