Who Wants To Have Duck For Dinner?
When it comes to food, duck is one of the finest sources of protein, and it’s a staple in the Vietnamese kitchen. Duck’s meat is used in many traditional Vietnamese dishes, so it’s quite normal for them to have several duck farms in the country.
Not only do such farms provide locals with food, they help them make money as well. This photograph is from a duck farm in Tuy Hoa City of the Phu Yen Province of Vietnam. As shown here, most such farms are built close to water bodies so that the ducks can swim and have a good time before they end up on someone’s plate!
