Imagine how exciting a cat’s life would be if it had its own private island with an abundance of food and no interference from dogs. If your cat could understand the written word and read that, it’d surely skip a beat. But in reality, there’s no such place.
Even though this photoshopped picture looks pretty real, there’s no island on Earth that’s shaped like a cat. There are not one, or two, but three islands ‘named’ Cat Island though (Bahamas, Japan, and Mississippi). And while each has its own attractions (including fishing), we’re fascinated by Japan’s Cat Island where the population of cats is actually thrice that of resident humans.
