This picture reinforces our previous point. As a drone flyer, if your gadget clicks inappropriate pictures of someone, you’re not just risking damage to the device from an enraged muse but also putting yourself at the risk of legal charges. Something similar happened in Sweden when a woman complained that her neighbor photographed her with his drone while she was sunbathing in her backyard.
The neighbor denied the accusations though (obviously), and his lawyer said that since he wasn’t taking any abusive photos the case was absolutely void. However, he just got lucky because according to Sweden’s laws, his photos were not found to be objectionable.
