Little did she know, the skills she learned during her cheerleading days at high school would give Gabrielle Union her biggest break on TV. Union had her first taste of real success after her role as a cheerleader in 2000’s Bring It On. She went on to make appearances on blockbusters like Bad Boys 2, Think like A Man, and Sleepless.
Since her cheerleading days, Union has really transformed her look. She has replaced the pom-poms with red carpet dresses and her naturally wavy, brunette locks with braided wigs. 2021 is a year of healing for Union, who has overcome mental health issues and PTSD and is focused on spending more time with friends and family.
