Miley was born Destiny Hope Cyrus and given the nickname smiley due to the beaming smile on her face at all times. She later shortened and adopted it as her stage name. Following the success of her Disney show Hannah Montana, the cute, innocent, and relatable young actress transitioned into the over-the-top performer of today.
Miley has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years and looks nothing like the Hannah Montana we fell in love with (sadly, cosmetic surgery is the alleged culprit). Miley will be paying tribute to the US army veterans in her upcoming performance at the 2021 NCAA Men’s Final Four.
