Her time under the knife is Hollywood’s worst kept secret, and it’s no surprise the actress is hardly recognizable after multiple cosmetic surgeries which completely transformed her! Although she has been away from the spotlight in recent years, Zellweger did make a brief appearance at the 2021 Golden Globes Awards this year.
