ACTORS WHO LOOK DIFFERENT IN REAL LIFE
Richard Brake As Night King
Richard Brake played the Night King’s character for one episode each on Game of Thrones’s fourth and fifth seasons. As you can see in the photo above, the character requires some serious prosthetic makeup work, after which no one would recognize Brake.
The team of GoT had to spend weeks designing the prosthetic faces of such characters, and as challenging as it was, it was worth it. Even though Vladimir Furdik took over the role from the sixth season, Brake didn’t run out of work. We’ve seen him with recurring roles in The Royals and Sanctuary and can expect more in the future, including The Virtuoso and Extinction.
