Michael Dorn was one of the main characters in the Star Trek franchise, bringing the character of Worf, a Klingon (warrior race of aliens), to life. The makeup artists on set placed a prosthetic forehead before adding the intricate details with makeup, according to CNET. The 68-year-old’s Star Trek days may now be in the past, but he hasn’t retired from acting yet. In fact, he is currently working on the upcoming productions: Agent II, Invincible, and Relatively Super.
