Phyllis Logan As Mrs. Hughes
Phylis Logan is a respected British actress who won a BAFTA in 1983 for her role in the film Another Time Another Place. She has also had famous roles in the British series Lovejoy playing Jane Felsham. Logan most pertinently gained fame playing Mrs. Hughes in the critically acclaimed show Downton Abbey.
Despite being in her 50s when shooting the show, Logan actually looked older in character than she did in person, and even now, at the age of 64, looks younger than Mrs. Hughes. This was down to her needing to be a mature head of housekeeping. In 2020 Logan had a role in the British film Misbehaviour with Keira Knightly.
