Rachel and Aaron made for a perfect young couple because their common goals and passions in life were effortlessly similar. They were both religious, they both worked as missionaries, and they both dreamed of adopting children one day.
This last one is certainly special: not all couples, especially young couples like Rachel and Aaron, are big fans of the idea of adopting. But these two believed strongly that adopting was one of the best ways of doing good for society, honoring the pro-life motto that’s so explicitly expressed by the followers of the gospel.
