Going through something as demanding as IVF didn’t keep the Halberts from continuing to be who they were. The young parents still felt the need to help others selflessly, and such included going back to Honduras for yet another series of charitable missions.
All of this while taking care of two young children and preparing for a risky, costly, and physically demanding procedure. Please don’t ask us how they did it, but Rachel and Aaron have always managed to stay positive and productive throughout the entire time. But were they going to be rewarded for their hard work and positive-thinking spirit?
