Karl Stefanovic – $1.25 Million per Year
The Gold Logie award-winning TV host Karl Stefanovic is one of the best-paid broadcasters in the land down under, securing an annual salary of $1.25 million. According to the Daily Mail, he “only” gets $1.25 million because Channel Nine halved his pay cut in the summer of 2020 after being extended to 2023.
A familiar face to all Aussies, Stefanovic keeps busy hosting the popular shows “Today” and “60 Minutes.” In the latter, he enjoys the company of his brother Peter Stefanovic, a “60 Minutes” correspondent. After using an offensive term on-air, the ACON LGBTI award nominee issued a sincere apology.
