Rachel and Aaron are alike in so many ways one could even mistake them for friends or relatives. But the two grew up in very different and distant realities. Rachel was from the Mississippi Delta and could be described as your typical American girl-next-door from the South.
Aaron, on the other hand, grew up in extremely peculiar conditions. The son of evangelical missionaries, he spent his youth in Honduras, a country that could hardly be any more different from Mississippi. While Rachel spent her childhood blending right in, Aaron always knew what it was like to be different and stand out.
