This is the usual scene every year during the Kaljakellunta or Beer Floating Festival at Uusimaa, Finland. Every summer, tourists float using their rafts and boats in the Helsinki rivers.
The event is called as such because attendees have loads of beer in their rafts. What makes this festival unique is that there’s reportedly no formality to it: there’s no organizer, specific date, or routes ever established. This means that guests take it upon themselves to talk and agree on certain matters.
