Jessica Simpson surprised her fans after she shed a hundred pounds in six months, posting photos on her Instagram profile in September 2019. As per Women’s Health magazine, she was able to lose weight by following Harley Pasternak’s Body Reset Diet. Before her transformation, Simpson had her third child in March 2019.
Pasternak disclosed that Simpson started walking 6,000 steps every day, an activity she was able to do with her children. Then, E News reported that she built up her steps to 14,000. Another thing that helped was getting restful sleep by not using gadgets for at least an hour every day.
