Chris Hemsworth – 30 Pounds: Intermittent Fasting & Regular Workout
Thor has got to be Chris Hemsworth’s most notable part, and he has worked hard to get a body worthy of his Asgardian god portrayal. The photo on the left isn’t his actual physique, though, but was a ‘fat suit’ for 2019’s “Avengers: Endgame.” He has been playing the Marvel character since 2011 and starred in 2022’s “Thor: Love and Thunder.”
Through the years, Hemsworth had to drop some of the muscle weight he packed on for his superhero role due to other media projects. For the 2013 film “Rush,” he lost 30 pounds to play the part of James Hunt. He did so by doing intermittent fasting paired with a strict six-day weekly training.
