Jodie Sweetin has never shied away from talking about her mental health, even speaking about the addiction she experienced and overcame after the show “Full House” ended. In 2021, the star who played Stephanie Tanner in the ABC comedy series also shared about the anxiousness she felt during the 2020 pandemic.

As per The Blast, Sweetin disclosed that she became a “stress starver” while on quarantine. That’s how she lost 37 pounds. Before this, though, she had already kept herself active by swimming and doing Pilates. She even joined “Dancing with the Stars” in 2016, finishing in 6th place. Cooking her own food also ensures the quality of the ingredients and the calories she consumes.
