Unlike the sporting talent of the Super Bowl champion Joe Flacco (currently playing for the New York Jets), luxurious automobiles tend to devalue drastically over the years. The 2014 Corvette “Stingray” makes for a fine example of that. Worth a reported $1.1 million at the time it premiered, it now sells for around $50K (or even less) in the second-hand market.
As for Flacco, he got his 2014 Corvette “Stingray” for quite the unbeatable price: $0! The automobile was given to him for free following his successful Super Bowl XLVII performance, after which he was given the Most Valuable Player award.
