Duane Chapman (Born in 1953 – Denver)
Duane Chapman, better known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, gained fame by tracking down fugitives on his hit reality show, “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” which premiered in 2004. His tough-guy persona and dramatic captures turned him into a household name and a pop culture icon throughout the 2000s.
The show may be over, but Duane has since focused on new pursuits, including launching a podcast and writing books about his life and personal philosophies. He’s also very active on social media, where he shares his exploits as a bounty hunter as well as details of his other adventures. Duane remarried in 2021 and announced his move from Florida in 2025.
