The photo above is most probably a nightmare many parents have. Seeing their daughters twerking in a family-friendly place isn’t something they ever expected to witness. The girl above clearly didn’t care and needed to get the photo she wanted.
Many of you might think that twerking only became a trend in the past decade because of the different singers doing it, but the dance trend has been around for decades. Sources say the dance originally got popular during the New Orleans’ bounce music scene during the late ’80s. It then became an even bigger trend for party culture in the ’90s.
