Before anyone gets any ideas, no one should try this at home (or at the gym). Clearly, this guy is pretty busy juggling his responsibilities as a father and his passion for CrossFit, but no matter how busy his day gets, he never skips a workout.

It’s never too late to teach a kid the importance of self-care and working out, but this guy might be overdoing it. Did he run out of weights and felt the need to wear the baby as added resistance?

In any case, he’s taking snatches to the next level and seems to be practicing good form too. The baby seems carefree because it probably doesn’t understand that there are hundreds of pounds above its head. Let’s just hope that that’s his kid and not anyone else’s.
